Begin with the facts a customer needs

Use the name customers recognize and the contact information your team actually monitors. Choose the category that best describes the location's main work. Write a short introduction explaining what you do and where you provide it.

In the longer description, add useful differences such as the types of projects you handle or how a customer starts an inquiry. Avoid unsupported superlatives, copied reviews or claims of credentials that have not been checked.

Add structure instead of one long paragraph

Business Studio separates the essentials, location, story, social links, hours and images. Use the service-area fields to describe real coverage. Enter opening hours only when they are accurate; an unlisted schedule is preferable to an invented one.

Add full HTTPS links for the social profiles you manage. Check that each link opens the intended business account. The profile preview helps you see how the identity and contact details work together while you edit.

Save, review and publish through the workflow

Save a draft while information is incomplete. Submit the profile changes when the content is ready for review. Photos have their own review step, so check their status as well as the text revision.

After approved changes appear publicly, open the live profile and verify the contact routes. Revisit the record when services, hours or coverage change. A complete profile is maintained information, not a one-time writing exercise.
